Kate Jesperson, senior, is the features editor for the Marquette Messenger and it is her third year on staff. Besides newspaper, she participates in Tri-M, RSD Lives and Symphonic Orchestra. She also enjoys spending her time mountain biking, rock climbing and skiing.

Paige Blom, sophomore, races at a girls swim meet on Thursday, Jan. 30. Blom broke the MHS girls 100-yard butterfly record on Saturday, Jan. 11 with a time of 56.79 seconds, 0.26     seconds faster than the previous record.
