From going to the clubs she participates in, to cross country after school, along with all of her AP classes, Nicole Gratzer, junior, has a busy schedule.
Gratzer goes to youth group, she helps out at edge, a middle school youth group, also is involved in two clubs at MHS, and helps for the Reap Team, which is a Catholic youth retreat ministry of the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
“I’m an officer for key club and I help around I am Second, a religious club here at Marquette,” Gratzer said.
Gratzer also runs for the cross country team at MHS.
“I run five days a week. Friday and Sunday are my days off,” Gratzer said.
Gratzer said she started with 5 miles a day and every week, she goes up a mile. The 15K in on December 15th. It’s called the Hot Chocolate Run.
With clubs and cross country consuming her time, she somehow makes time for the three challenging classes she is in.
Even with her multiple clubs, she’s also in AP Chemist, AP Government, and AP Language Arts.
“I’m looking at Notre Dame, Rockhurst, Xavier, and Loyola but nothing for sure,” Gratzer said when asked which colleges she’s interested in.
Gratzer plans on either being and occupational therapist of a psychologist when she gets older.
