Deshpande, Tokekar, and another student, Aryan Singh, junior, all race together often with the Gateway Kartplex. They are all motivated by Formula-1, and for the future, all three of them want to continue racing together, and they all have big plans.

Media literacy involves understanding and interpreting all forms of media, such as books, news, music, television, and much more. Molly Fitzpatrick, sophomore, used media literacy when she realized in a language arts class that Maisie Peters’ album, “The Good Witch,” contains many different references to Homer’s “Odyssey.” This includes lyrics like “The men start wars yet Troy hates Helen / Women's hearts are lethal weapons / Did you hold mine and feel threatened?” which is in Peters’ song, “The History of Man.” This lyric references Helen of Troy, a character from the “Odyssey.”
