The 12th Annual Poetry Slam took place this semester in the Theater during Ac Lab. MHSNews interviewed Shelly Justin, the organizer; Nour Elbeshbeshy, the president of the Poetry Club; and Samara Davis, audience member, to see why poetry is important.
