Humans of MHS- Week of January 7, 2019

“I was invited to the National Hispanic Recognition Program. The College Board asks for demographic information and you have to be in the top 1 percent, and you have to be at least ¼ Hispanic. Anyone who scores in that range for a Hispanic demographic gets invited to join the National Hispanic Recognition Program. It’s not an active group that you participate in, but it’s good for scholarship...

“My family owns Faraci's Pizza in Ellisville and I currently work there. I would have to say the best part about working there is that I get to work with my family. Sometimes, we get free pizza, which is a nice bonus,” Kailyn Faraci, junior, said.

“I dance for the Dazzlers team. My favorite part about Dazzlers is having fun with the girls and dancing to my favorite music. We practice every Wednesday depending on the schedule. We got new uniforms this year, and they are very sparkly and very pretty.
